Friday, September 25, 2026: The Resistance Units of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Zahedan honored the martyrs of the Bloody Friday massacre and paid tribute to the brave and oppressed people of Baluchestan by displaying banners and placards throughout the city.

The banners and placards carried messages from Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and Mr. Massoud Rajavi, Leader of the Iranian Resistance. The messages honored the martyrs and the oppressed in Sistan and Baluchestan, paid tribute to the blood-soaked city of Zahedan and its proud martyrs, and called for the Bloody Friday massacre and other crimes committed in Baluchestan to never be forgotten. They also hailed the courage and fearlessness of the people of Baluchestan, echoed the slogan “From Zahedan to Tehran, my life for Iran,” and called for the flames of the uprising to be spread throughout Iran.

The Resistance Units also displayed the slogan “No to Shah, No to Mullahs” and expressed demands for freedom, peace, equality, and a democratic republic.

Messages from Mrs. Maryam Rajavi

• On the bloody Friday of Zahedan, as it was drenched in blood, hearts across Iran overflowed with anger.
• Iran is heartbroken by the hundreds of Baluchi martyrs and wounded, and filled with pride at the courage and fearlessness of the brave people of Baluchestan.
• Bloody Friday in Zahedan and the other crimes committed in Baluchestan over a century of clerical rule and monarchy will never be forgotten.
• Salute to blood-soaked Zahedan and its proud martyrs.
• The blood-red uprising of Zahedan will continue until victory and the burning away of the beard and roots of the murderous regime of Velayat-e Faqih.

Messages from Mr. Massoud Rajavi

• The brave and oppressed Baluchi warriors, who have given the highest number of martyrs, roar: “From Zahedan to Tehran, my life for Iran!”
• Salute to the martyrs and the oppressed in Sistan and Baluchestan.
• “Rise, Baluch, and rise, Iran!” The flames of the uprising must be spread everywhere.

The people and history curse the mullahs and the bloodthirsty Shah.

We want neither the Shah nor the mullahs; curse the dictators.

Dictatorship is dictatorship, whether it wears a turban or a crown.
