She stated that the system of Velayat-e Faqih remains unchanged and incapable of reform, asserting that the regime will not abandon its nuclear program or regional proxy network and relies on repression for survival.
Regime Weakened by Internal Uprisings
Mrs. Rajavi said the regime is at its weakest point following a nationwide uprising in January, adding that authorities view internal dissent and organized resistance—not external war—as the main threat to their survival.
Growing Role of Organized Resistance
She highlighted the increasing activities of Resistance Units, noting their role in protests and operations against regime institutions, including attacks on key state centers and the presence of Liberation Army units in Tehran.
