October 2021-Enrique Mora, European Union’s lead negotiator on Iran’s nuclear program, traveled to Tehran on Thursday, October 14.
Mora met with Iranian officials to break a deadlock in talks between Tehran and world powers. Iran has engaged in a series of provocative moves on its nuclear program.
Nuclear chief Mohammad Eslami declared in October that Iran has more than 120 kg of 20% enriched uranium.
In September, Iran denied UN inspector access to a nuclear site in Karaj. Iran refuses to answer questions on its nuclear sites.
