November 1, 2022: Protests in Dehloran, Bandar Abbas, Tehran, Divandarreh, Sanandaj, Shahriar, Marivan, Mashhad, Tabriz, Amol, Zanjan, and Karaj.

On Tuesday morning, students of two universities in Tehran held rallies protesting the recent heavy crackdown measures imposed by authorities on their campuses, including arresting dozens of college students and banning many from entering their campuses. Students of National and Amir Kabir universities were the first to start Tuesday’s anti-regime rallies.

Students in several universities across the country also held rallies and refused to attend their classes, protesting the regime’s escalating crackdown measures against their classmates, including suspensions of many students in different universities.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the NCRI, sent a message about the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people and said: “Despite crackdown and threats university and high school students in Tehran, Sanandaj, Mashhad, Qazvin, Yazd, Isfahan, Tabriz and elsewhere came to the scene with chants of “death to the dictator,” “Freedom,” “Imprisoned students must be freed.” This hurricane will continue until victory.”

Mrs. Rajavi in another message said: “Hail to families of detained protesters outside Evin Prison in support of their children and following their path. The Iranian people opened the gates of the Shah’s prisons and torture centers; the gates of Khamenei’s prisons will also be opened by rebellious women and youths.”
