Iran Protests Round-Up—Day 53–November 7, 2022

November 7, 2022: Monday, November 7, marked the 53rd day of nationwide protests against the Iranian regime, which began on September 16. Iran’s protests have expanded to 216 cities and all 31 provinces across the country.

According to reports gathered by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the regime has so far killed 550 civilians and arrested 30,000 others. The PMOI/MEK has published the names of 368 killed protesters.

The people of Iran responded to the regime’s brutal crackdown on nationwide protests by setting fire to buildings, billboards, and posters that belong to the regime.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the NCRI, sent a message about the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people and said: “Iran uprising continued on Day 53 and will carry on to establish a democratic republic. Universities in Tehran and other cities cried out, “freedom.” The brave people of Siahkal commemorated slain protestor Erfan Zamani despite IRGC attack, chanting “Death to the dictator.” ”

Mrs. Rajavi in another message said: “The Iranian people’s powerful uprising is forging ahead.
It is a revolution to establish freedom and democracy in Iran.“
