November 13, 2022: Sunday, November 13, marked the 59th day of nationwide protests against the Iranian regime, which began on September 16. Iran’s protests have expanded to 220 cities and all 31 provinces across the country.
According to reports gathered by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the regime has so far killed 550 civilians and arrested 30,000 others. The PMOI/MEK has published the names of 402 killed protesters.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the NCRI, sent a message about the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people and said: “Our goal is a democratically elected republic cherishing democratic values such as free elections, separation of religion and state, gender equality, women’s freedom in choosing their attire and equal participation in political leadership, and abolishing the death penalty.”
Mrs. Rajavi in another message said: “From Bloody November to the spring of the democratic revolution, Iranian people’s glorious movement for freedom forges ahead. Speech marking the anniversary of the Nov. 2019 uprising, & paying tribute to the martyrs of the Iranian people’s uprising.“
