Iran Protests Round-Up—Day 64–November 18, 2022

November 18, 2022: Friday, November 18, marked the 64th day of nationwide protests against the Iranian regime, which began on September 16. Iran’s protests have expanded to 231 cities and all 31 provinces across the country.

According to reports gathered by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the regime has so far killed 600 civilians and arrested 30,000 others. The PMOI/MEK has published the names of 446 killed protesters.

November 18, 2022: Protests in Khoy, Dashti, Dehgolan, Izeh, Iranshahr, Semirom, Sanandaj, Sarpol-e Zahab, Saqqez, Qazvin, Marivan, Mahbad, Paveh, Piranshahr, Najafabad, Sangar, Sahneh, Qaderabad, Chabahar, Kamyaran, and Karim Abad.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the president-elect of the NCRI, sent a message about the nationwide uprising of the Iranian people and said: “Heroic people of Izeh once again rose up while bidding farewell to innocent Kian Pirfalak, vowing to bring down Khamenei’s oppressive regime. Kian symbolizes the awake conscience, innocence, and high fighting spirit of the people of Iran. The entire nation salutes Kian.”

She added: “Today, Iranians put to rest Aylar Haghi in Tabriz, Azad Hosseinpour in Mahabad, and Morad Bahramian and Moslem Houshangi in Semirom. In Tabriz, while bidding farewell, they chanted, “All of us are Aylar! We’ll fight back!” Cries shared by all the people of Iran.”

Mrs. Rajavi in another message said: “The people of Zahedan, Iranshahr, Saravan, Khash, Rask, and Pishin ignored the ruling mullahs’ threats and enticements and took to the streets this noon with chants of “Death to Khamenei,” “I will kill whoever killed my sister, my brother!”.“
