Berlin, Germany—October 28, 2023: MEK Supporters Rally in Support of the Iran Revolution, Seeking Justice for Armita Geravand

Berlin, Germany—October 28, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held a rally in solidarity with the Iranian Revolution. The rally sought justice for Armita Geravand, a 16-year-old girl who was tragically murdered by Iran’s regime’s Hijab Guards at a Tehran subway station on October 1, 2023.

It is worth mentioning that Armita Geravand, 16, was on her way to school on October 1 when a morality police agent at Tehran’s Shohada metro station attacked her for not wearing the compulsory hijab. According to witness reports, she lost consciousness after the agent pushed her and her head hit a metal bar. She was transferred to Tehran’s Fajr hospital, where she remained in a state of coma until her death 28 days later.

MEK supporters in Berlin demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders, especially Ali Khamenei (Supreme leader of the mullahs’ regime) and the mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi for crimes against humanity, in an international court.

The Iranian community in Berlin emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.

In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Berlin urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.

They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.

Iranian community in Berlin demanded the designation of Iran’s regime IRGC as a terrorist organization by the Swedish government and the European Union, due to its terrorist and warmongering activities and the crimes and repression against Iranian people and protesters.
