October 28, 2023—Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held solidarity rallies in England, Norway, and Finland denouncing the crimes committed by the mullahs’ regime and expressing support for the Iranian Revolution. These gatherings took place in cities London, Oslo, and Turku.
It is worth mentioning that following 28 days, on the same Saturday, the mullahs’ regime announced the tragic death of Armita Geravand, a 16-year-old girl who was murdered by the regime’s agents in the Tehran subway.
Iranians strongly condemned this brutal act and demanded the overthrow of the mullahs’ misogynistic regime. They also voiced strong opposition against the regime’s executions and repression of women and the youth in Iran.
MEK supporters in London, Oslo, and Turku demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders, especially Ali Khamenei (Supreme leader of the mullahs’ regime) and the mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi for crimes against humanity, in an international court.
The Iranian communities in London, Oslo, and Turku emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.
In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in London, Oslo, and Turku urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.
They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.
Iranian communities in London, Oslo, and Turku demanded the designation of Iran’s regime IRGC as a terrorist organization by the European governments and the European Union, due to its terrorist and warmongering activities and the crimes and repression against Iranian people and protesters.
