Vienna rally, November 20, 2024

Vienna, Austria—November 20, 2024: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) organized a rally simultaneously with the IAEA Board of Governors meeting against the appeasement policy toward the mullahs’ regime. Iranian community in Vienna also commemorated the martyrs of the nationwide Iranian uprising in November 2019.

In addition, freedom-loving Iranians in Vienna called on the IAEA to refer the Iranian regime’s dossier to the UN Security Council and activate the Iran nuclear deal’s snapback mechanism, thereby re-imposing sanctions outlined in six previous UN Security Council resolutions.

The demonstrators condemned the warmongering and terrorism of the mullahs’ regime and called for the designation of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a terrorist organization.

Iranian Resistance supporters demanded to adopt a firm policy against the religious fascism ruling Iran to prevent bombings, terrorism, and warmongering. Also, they called for shutting down Iran’s regime embassy as a center of espionage in Austria.

Iranian community in Vienna specifically demanded that the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) be designated as a terrorist organization and called for stronger actions from the European Union against the Iranian regime.
