August 31, 2022, Canada: supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), held a rally and photo exhibition in commemoration of the martyrs of the 1988 massacre and in solidarity with the political prisoners of Iran.
It is worth noting that, September,1st is designated in Canada a Day of solidarity with political prisoners.
Iranian Resistance supporter, in their rally in Toronto, called to free political prisoners in Iranian regime’s prisons across the country.
Iranians and MEK supporters also demanded the trial of the mullahs’ regime leaders, Ali Khamenei, and mass murderer Ebrahim Raisi for crimes against humanity and their role in the 1988 massacre of over 30,000 political prisoners.
Moreover, some personalities and members of the Canadian Parliament, while expressing their solidarity, delivered speeches at this rally.
Some international media also prepared reports and interviews with the participants of this gathering.
