Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the president-elect of the NCRI sent a message on the Iran protests and said: “The brave men and women of Sanandaj are standing up to the IRGC guards. I urge everyone to rush to their aid. Oppressors are doomed to fail vis-à-vis your determination. The world must condemn the atrocities in Sanandaj, Zahedan, and across Iran, prosecute the regime’s leaders.”

Moreover, On Monday, October 10, contract workers of the Bushehr Petrochemical site in the city of Asaluyeh in Bushehr Province, southern Iran, went on strike early morning local time.

They began chanting slogans against the regime, including “Death to Khamenei!” “Death to the dictator!” and “We will fight and take back Iran!” They are specifically targeting regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

Mrs. Rajavi sent a message on the oil workers strike and said: “Oil workers in Abadan and Assaluyeh have joined Iran protests. Strikes paralyze the predatory regime, indicating the people’s determination to end religious fascism and establish a democratic republic based on separation of religion and state and equal rights for all Iranians.”
