Iran Protests Round-Up—Day 28–October 13, 2022

October 13, 2022: Thursday, October 13, marked the 28th consecutive day of nationwide protests against the Iranian regime. Iran’s protests have up to now expanded to 185 cities and all 31 provinces across the country.

According to reports gathered by the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK), the regime has so far killed 400 civilians and arrested 20,000 others. The PMOI/MEK has published the names of 206 killed protesters.

October 13, 2022: Protests in Ahvaz, Isfahan, Abhar, Arak, Baneh, Ilam, Bukan, Tehran, Dehgolan, Saqqez, Sanandaj, Qom, Mazandaran, Marivan, Mahabad, Karaj, Kermanshah, Mirjaveh, and Neyshabur.

Mrs. Maryam Rajavi the president-elect of the NCRI sent a message on the Iran protests and said: “In the streets, universities, and markets of dozens of cities, Khamenei’s troops face staunch resistance of brave women and youths, esp. in Sanandaj, Saqqez, Kermanshah, Tehran, Isfahan & Mashhad. They must prepare for the outburst of Iran protests in more cities.”

In another message, Mrs. Rajavi said: “My sisters across Iran, Victory is in front of you, belongs to you, and is waiting for you. Today’s oppressed (women) are the victors of tomorrow.
Your voices will be echoed forever.”
