Geneva, Switzerland—March 14, 2023: To coincide with the UN Human Rights Council Session, freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the Iranian Resistance (NCRI and MEK) held a rally and photo exhibition of the Iran Revolution‘s martyrs in front of the Headquarters of the UN in Europe.
The protesters urged the international community to take a firm policy against the regime’s human rights violations and recognize the Iranian people’s right to self-defense.
The demands of the demonstrators were:
The perpetrators and those who ordered the killing of 750 demonstrators of the recent nationwide uprisings of the Iranian people should be accountable and tried.
Iran’s regime holds the record for executions in the world, stop the execution of prisoners and demonstrators.
Don’t make human rights a victim of appeasement with the regime of murderers of Iranian people.
The slogans included the following:
Death to Khamenei, death to the dictator, death to the oppressor, be it the Shah or be it the leader (Khamenei).
No to Shah, No to Mullahs, Towards a democratic republic with the separation of religion from the state.
We swear by the blood of our comrades, we will stand until the end.
