Ottawa and Toronto—April 15, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held rallies in solidarity with the Iranian Revolution.
The Iranian community in Ottawa and Toronto supported their rising compatriots and pledged to continue to call for freedom and democracy in Iran.
The demonstrators also emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of the Shah’s regime.
MEK supporters also, condemned Iran’s regime chemical attacks on the schoolgirls and poisoning at the schools across the country.
In addition, the freedom-loving Iranians urged the international community to support the people of Iran by recognizing the rights of Iranians to self-defense despite mounting violence by the regime.
Furthermore, freedom-loving Iranians in Ottawa and Toronto called for the Blacklisting of the IRGC as a terrorist organization for Its crimes against the Iranian people and terrorist activities in the other countries.
It is worth to mention that Saturday, April 15, 2023, marked the 212th day of the continuous anti-regime protests across Iran.
