MEK Supporters Held Rallies in Support of the Iran Revolution in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö—July 15, 2023

July 15, 2023: Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) held rallies in solidarity with the Iran Revolution in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö.

MEK supporters in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö condemned the wave of brutal executions in Iran by the religious dictatorship.

Iranian communities in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö supported Mrs. Maryam Rajavi and her 10-point plan for future Iran.

Freedom-loving Iranians also expressed their support for the MEK Resistance Units inside Iran, which carry the torch of the Iranian people’s uprising.

The Iranian community in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of Shah’s regime.

In addition, the Iranian Resistance supporters in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö urged the international community to support the Iran Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs. They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.

Furthermore, freedom-loving Iranians in Ottawa, Toronto, Vancouver, Gothenburg, and Malmö called for the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization for Its crimes against the Iranian people and terrorist activities in other countries.

It is worth mentioning that protests in Iran have to this day expanded to at least 282 cities. Over 750 people have been killed and more than 30,000 are arrested by the regime’s forces, according to sources of the Iranian opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK). The names of 675 killed protesters have been published by the MEK.
