Iranian Resistance Supporters Demonstrate in Strasbourg, Calling for EU to Blacklist IRGC – October 22, 2024

Strasbourg, October 22, 2024

Strasbourg—October 22, 2024: Supporters of the Iranian Resistance (NCRI and MEK) held a rally in front of the European Parliament, where a debate was taking place on the terrorism of Iran’s regime in Europe. They called for the designation of the IRGC as a terrorist organization and demanded an end to the European Union’s policy of appeasement towards the mullahs’ regime in Iran.

The Iranian Resistance supporters in Strasbourg urged the international community to support the Iranian Revolution and take a firm stance against the mullahs’ oppressive regime.

The Iranian community in Strasbourg, during their rally, emphasized through slogans that the Iranian people are seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any form of dictatorship, whether under the mullahs or a return to the Shah’s regime.

Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Strasbourg called for the immediate release of all political prisoners held by the mullahs’ regime in Iran and demanded that its leaders be tried for crimes against humanity in an international court.

Additionally, they called on the international community to recognize the Iranian Resistance and the right of the MEK Resistance Units inside Iran to defend themselves in their struggle against tyranny and dictatorship.
