Marking the Third Anniversary of the 2022 Uprising

Zahedan, Sistan and Baluchestan Province – September 19, 2025: Resistance Units of the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) in Zahedan launched a new campaign featuring bold slogans and banners. Their activities commemorated the third anniversary of Iran’s nationwide uprising in 2022, honoring its martyrs and reaffirming the determination to carry the struggle forward until Iran is free and a democratic republic.

Connecting to Historic Dates and Student Resistance

The campaign also coincided with two other milestones: the anniversary of Khomeini’s eight-year war with Iraq and the reopening of schools and universities. Messages addressed both the heavy toll of the war and the pivotal role of students in shaping Iran’s future, with salutes to those detained in prisons for their activism and calls to turn every school into a hub of resistance.
