Resistance units (MEK/PMOI network) confronting regime crackdown

This week Resistance units (MEK/PMOI network) carried out a similar campaign in several cities, such as Ahvaz (southwest), Kashan (south-central), Mashhad (northeast), and Kermanshah (west).

The activities took place despite the fact that units of the suppressive State Security Force, the Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) and the Intelligence Ministry were on full alert.

Supporters of the Iranian opposition People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and members of the Iranian Resistance “Resistance units (MEK/PMOI network)” are continuing their brave measures against all odds throughout December, spreading the word of resistance against the mullahs’ regime.

Streets and alleys across the country are constantly scenes of Resistance Units members displaying quotes from messages of Iranian Resistance leader Massoud Rajavi and opposition President Maryam Rajavi, head of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI).

The Resistance units (MEK/PMOI network) posted pictures and banners portraying messages of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), and Mr. Massoud Rajavi, the Leader of the Iranian Resistance, in different parts of Tehran, including Hakim Expressway as well as Fatemi, Taleqani, Hafez and Jomhouri streets and Narges Park.

It is worth mentioning that Resistance units (MEK/PMOI network) are daring dangerous odds in continuing their activities despite the brutal crackdown imposed by the mullahs’ regime. The numbers are horrific as MEK sources have confirmed over 1,000 protesters killed, over 4,000 injured and at least 12,000 arrested. The number of those detained are rising.

In Isfahan, central Iran, Massoud Rajavi posters were put up with quotes reading, “This regime understands no language but force and firmness.” A Maryam Rajavi poster read, “Hail to the Iranian people’s uprising for freedom.”

In Tehran, a Massoud Rajavi poster reads, “We will take back Iran from the mullahs’ claws.”

In Tabriz, northwest Iran, a Massoud Rajavi poser displays a quote reading, “The Iranian people and their resistance are paying a heavy price for a significant leap forward in their struggle.”

In the city of Khoy, northwest Iran, a Massoud Rajavi poster reads, “The religious dictatorship in Iran is experiencing major turmoil before its inevitable overthrow soon.”

In Bojnurd, northeast Iran, another Massoud Rajavi poster reads, “More flames are awaiting this regime and the uprising fire for freedom continues.” A Maryam Rajavi poster in this city reads, “Iran will be free through an uprising and resistance units.”

In Abadan, southwest Iran, a Massoud Rajavi poster reads, “The religious dictatorship in Iran is experiencing major turmoil before its inevitable overthrow soon.”

In Karaj, a city west of Tehran that witnessed massive protests during the November uprising, resistance units members put images of opposition leaders reading, “Death to Khamenei! Hail to Rajavi! This is a revolution that will continue until our complete victory.”

In Lorestan Province, western Iran, resistance units members set fire to the entrance of a regime center.

In Mahshahr, southwest Iran, where the regime’s oppressive units launched a massive crackdown leaving as many as 100 locals dead, resistance units members set fire to an image of regime founder Ruhollah Khomeini and Iranian regime Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.

In Urmia, northwest Iran, resistance units members set fire to Khamenei poster.

It is worth noting that any support for the PMOI inside Iran is considered punishable by death by the mullahs’ so-called judiciary.
