On the 40th day of the martyrdom of Iranian demonstrators, Southern California Women Community for Democracy in Iran expressed their solidarity with the families of the martyrs.

Southern California Women Society for Democracy in Iran offered their condolences on the 40th Day of martyrdom of Iranian.
Southern California Women Society for Democracy in Iran expresses solidarity on the 40th Day of martyrdom of Iranian Protesters and brave Iranian to all courageous Iranian people and the families of martyrs and all friends across the world. Members of the community said they are proud to have these brave people risen from the soil of their homeland and sacrifice their lives for freedom in order to free their country from the crime of the worst enemy of human history.
For the past 40 years, the criminal mullahs’ regime has responded to the Iranian people’s righteous cries with bullets and has shed innocents’ blood to continue its disgraceful rule unaware that the bloodshed will spread like a volcano to the regime of ignorance and crime, and the Iranian people, the brave and courageous mothers, and the heroic women in Iran will continue with a stronger will and continue the path to overthrow this plague of human history.
The women’s society prides itself on supporting women and mothers who raise the flag of their children’s call for freedom and cry out for their blood.

Background of Iran protests
The unexpected increase in gasoline prices on November 14 almost immediately triggered a series of widespread protests across the country.
After days of protests across Iran, Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei appeared impatient. Gathering his top security and government officials together, he issued an order: Do whatever it takes to stop them.
About 1,500 people were killed during less than two weeks of unrest that started on Nov. 15. As well as 17 teenagers and about 400 women.
