MEK Resistance Units install posters of opposition leader Mrs. Maryam Rajavi
Members and supporters of Iranian opposition group, the People’s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI/MEK) and its Resistance Units have been torching posters of Qasem Soleimani, the Quds Force’s commander and Installing the posters of the opposition president Mrs. Maryam Rajavi and the leader of the Iranian resistance Massoud Rajavi.
This symbolic burning of Soleimani’s poster took place in Tehran, Ahvaz, Masjed Soleiman, Kermanshah, Zanjan, Khorramabad and Eslamshahr, while in Mahshahr and Pakdasht they also set fire to images of Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei.
Elsewhere, in Ahvaz, Karaj, Lorestan, Yazd, Kerman, Babolsar and Isfahan, Resistance members put up posters of Iranian opposition President Mrs. Maryam Rajavi. The posters bore a quote from her, in which she expressed her condolences to the families of the victims of the Ukraine International Airlines flight that was shot down by the regime’s Revolutionary Guards (IRGC) as it left Tehran last week carrying 176 civilians.
In Tehran, Karaj, and Masjed Soleiman, resistance units members put up posters quoting Mrs. Rajavi as describing the IRGC shooting down the Ukrainian passenger flight as another grave crime committed by the religious fascism ruling Iran. Rajavi, who is the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), said that senior regime figures, like Khamenei, President Hassan Rouhani, and the IRGC, needed to be held responsible for this tragedy.
The message read: “Victims of the Ukrainian airliner, another major crime of the ruling religious fascism, which the Iranian people will not forgive nor forget… Khamenei, Rouhani and IRGC commanders are the main culprits of the downing of the Ukrainian airliner.”
Meanwhile, MEK supporters in Tehran, Tabriz, Yazd, Golestan and Kermanshah put up posters of Mrs. Rajavi and Mr. Massoud Massoud, who is the leader of the Iranian Resistance. They also used graffiti to encourage Iranians to continue their protests and overthrow the mullahs.
Other videos show Resistance members in Tehran and Neka putting up images of the Resistance leaders expressing their condolences to the Ukrainian plane victims’ families.
MEK supporters used various measures to express their hatred for Soleimani in Tehran, Mahshahr, Khorramabad, Qom, Karaj, Eslamshahr, Shahrekord, Arak, Amol, Isfahan and Varamin. Whilst, in Gorgan, a resistance unit put up images of Massoud Rajavi with a quote about the brave young people who sacrificed their lives for the freedom of others.
The recent protests by the Iranian people show that they are determined to overthrow the mullahs’ regime and save the Middle East, and the world at large, from Khamenei and his ilk.
