She holds up photos of Ehsani and Hassani, declaring, “Where their voices were silenced, my voice must be raised.” She urgently calls on the international community to act to save Saeed Masouri, a tortured political prisoner facing execution. Ghezel Hesar Prison Raid: A Blueprint for Repression

On July 26, 2025, over 100 armed guards stormed Unit 4 of Ghezel Hesar prison, executing PMOI members Ehsani and Hassani. The regime refused to return their bodies to families, blocking public mourning. Saeed Masouri was exiled to the brutal Zahedan prison as punishment for resistance. This raid exemplifies the regime’s systematic terror tactics.

Five Political Prisoners at Imminent Risk

Following this pattern, five PMOI supporters on death row face imminent execution. They include:

• Vahid Bani Amerian, 33, management master’s degree holder

• Babak Alipour, 34, law graduate and activist

• Shahrokh Daneshvarkar, 58, civil engineer

• Pouya Ghobadi, 33, electrical engineer

• Mohammad Taghavi, 59, veteran political prisoner from the 1980s

The regime used damage from an airstrike on Tehran’s Evin Prison to justify inmate transfers aimed at executions.
