Adrianus Melkert Former Special Representative of the UN Secretary General in Iraq Adrianus Petrus Wilhelmus “Ad” Melkert is a Dutch politician and diplomat of the Labour Party (PvdA). He has been an Extraordinary Member of the Council of State since 20 January 2016.
