On April 14, regime\u2019s interior\nminister, Rahmani Fazli admitted through state-run TV, that the governor\nof Gomishan in Golestan province has been beaten by people three times in one\nday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In fear of social outburst, the\nmullahs\u2019 regime deployed Ghasem Soleimani, commander of Quds Force, to the\nflood-affected areas to monitor the situation. Soleimani has also brought the\nQuds Force Iraqi mercenaries, Hashd al-Shaabi, and Fatemiyoun Afghan mercenaries\nto the area. Hashd al-Shaabi was established under the supervision of the Quds\nForce in Iraq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the daily newspaper\nKayhan, (April 14, 2019), \u201cthe forces have been invited to Iran by General\nGhasem Soleimani, commander of the IRGC\u2019s Quds Force. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Under the pretext of distributing\nthe reliefs to victims of the recent floods and preventing the flood into\ncities and villages, the IRGC deployed Hashd al-Shaabi\nto suppress any potential unrest in flood-hit areas and to create a climate of\nfear.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hashd al-Shaabi has been active in suppressing the Sunnis in ethnic clashes in Iraq<\/a> fueled by the Iranian regime. Many human rights organizations consider Hashd al-Shaabi as responsible for violating human rights in Iraq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Resorting to such brutal forces shows clearly that the Iranian regime\ndoes not care about its own people. So expecting a change in the regime\u2019s\nbehavior is nothing but a mirage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The presence of such notorious forces in the flood-hit areas where\npeople have lost their beloveds and belongings and are thoroughly frustrated by\nregime\u2019s inaction to provide any relief and aid just lays the ground for the\nsocial outburst.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Designating the IRGC as a terrorist organization shows the legitimacy of\npeople\u2019s confrontation with this force in the eye of the international\ncommunity. Following the same course of action, the international community\nshould designate Hashd al-Shaabi as a terrorist organization, not only to\nprevent their anti-human acts in Iran\u2019s flood-hit areas but also to cut\nregime\u2019s foreign terrorist arm. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Concerning the necessity of such measure,\nProfessor Walid Phares,\u00a0 the former\nforeign policy aid of U.S. President, Donald Trump, Fox News National Security and Foreign Policy Expert<\/a> <\/a>and<\/a>\n the<\/a> <\/a>\u00a0Co-Secretary\nGeneral of the Transatlantic Parliamentary Group<\/a>,\ncommented on this extraterritorial paramilitary forces affiliated with the IRGC\nand now stationed in the flood-hit areas of Iran:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cWhile the\nIranian regime sends these paramilitary forces to Ahvaz from Iraq to repress\nthe Arab community living there, some American experts and bureaucrats still\nthink that they are our allies.
