Former Foreign Minister of Canada John Baird<\/a> joined the Online Free Iran<\/a> Global Summit. In his remarks, Mr. Baird said, \u201cWe are tremendously privileged to support this great cause and the people of Iran were seeking a better day or seeking a brighter future.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Iranian opposition coalition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) managed to hold this year\u2019s annual gathering<\/a> virtually on July 17. Given the novel coronavirus <\/a>pandemic and its restriction, many dignitaries commended the NCRI\u2019s ability and determination for connecting 30,000 locations to Ashraf-3<\/a>, home to members of the Iranian opposition People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI<\/a>\/MEK<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
