Former Secretary of State for Environment and Northern Ireland and Conservative Member of UK Parliament Theresa Villiers joined the Online Free Iran<\/a> Global Summit. In her remarks, Ms. Villiers said, \u201cI want to send my very best wishes to NCRI <\/a>and to President-elect Maryam Rajavi<\/a> for her inspirational work on the international scene on behalf of the people of Iran at this very, very difficult time.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Iranian opposition coalition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) managed to hold this year\u2019s annual gathering<\/a> virtually on July 17. Given the novel coronavirus <\/a>pandemic and its restriction, many dignitaries commended the NCRI\u2019s ability and determination for connecting 30,000 locations to Ashraf-3<\/a>, home to members of the Iranian opposition People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI<\/a>\/MEK<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
