Dr. Mohammad Askar, Minister of Human Rights of Yemen, joined the Online Free Iran Global Summit<\/a>. In his remarks, Dr. Askar said, \u201cMrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, you are an inspiration to all the free people of the world and all human rights defenders. You [MEK members] are a renewed school of people\u2019s struggle and resistance to oppression and tyranny.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Iranian opposition coalition National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) managed to hold this year\u2019s annual gathering virtually on July 17<\/a>. Given the novel coronavirus <\/a>pandemic and its restriction, many dignitaries commended the NCRI\u2019s ability and determination for connecting 30,000 locations to Ashraf-3<\/a>, home to members of the Iranian opposition People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI<\/a>\/MEK<\/a>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
