On the first anniversary of the death of terrorist-designated Quds Force<\/a> commander Qassem Soleimani<\/a>, the Iranian people have been setting fire to posters of him, which shows how much of a failure the regime\u2019s campaign to portray him as some kind of hero has been.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

All across the cities of Tehran, Sabzevar, Nishabur, Mashhad, Lahijan, Doroud, Bandar Abbas, Hamadan, Noshahr, and Nour, defiant young people have been burning<\/a> posters of Soleimani and\u00a0supreme leader\u00a0Ali Khamenei<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

While in the cities of Tehran, Isfahan, Rasht, Ilam, Qazvin, Ahvaz, Kerman, and Hormozgan, People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) supporters have organised activities to demonstrate the people\u2019s desire for regime change, an especially brave move given the intense presence of the security forces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In Tehran, the MEK\u2019s Resistance Units<\/a> put up a massive poster of the Resistance leader Massoud Rajav<\/a>i, with the slogan \u201cMassoud Rajavi is our leader\u201d, while in Isfahan they installed several posters of the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, with slogans like \u201cThe revolt of the November 2019 uprising<\/a> will continue until the end of the mullahs\u2019 rule\u201d and \u201cRise up to overthrow the regime of the supreme leader\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
