\n<\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\nShe referred to the widespread wave of young people joining the Resistance movement, the expansion of\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/t\/iranian-resistance-units\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Resistance Units<\/a>, and progress in their activities nationwide despite large-scale arrests, adding that the regime\u2019s policy of demonizing the Resistance inside Iran had run aground. The regime\u2019s Minister of Intelligence, who uses the Gestapo\u2019s methods, recently confessed that the television programs broadcast against the Mujahedin-e Khalq (<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/i\/primer-the-history-the-peoples-mojahedin-organization-iran\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) had been funded and produced by the Intelligence Ministry, Mrs. Rajavi recalled.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/national-council-of-resistance-of-iran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NCRI <\/a>President-elect pointed to the ruling by a Court of Antwerp in Belgium confirming that the regime\u2019s Ministry of Intelligence had planned and carried out the\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/terrorism-a-fundamentalism\/guilty-verdict-for-iran-regimes-terrorist-isnt-enough-to-eliminate-threats-to-europe\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">plot to bomb<\/a>\u00a0the\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/ncri-statements\/paris-free-iran-with-hundreds-of-top-personalities-lawmakers-and-elected-representatives-from-five-continents\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">NCRI gathering<\/a>\u00a0in France in June 2018, in full collaboration with the regime\u2019s Foreign Ministry. Mrs. Rajavi emphasized that the regime\u2019s survival hinges on suppression at home on the one hand, and the export of terrorism and meddling in the Middle East countries, on the other. She underlined that two months after the new U.S. President took office, the regime continued to violate the Iran nuclear deal further, proving that it has never given up its\u00a0<a target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/inside-source-reports\/iran-s-nuclear-weapons-program\/\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nuclear weapons<\/a>\u00a0ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\nRegarding Europe\u2019s correct policy vis-\u00e0-vis the ruling religious dictatorship, Mrs. Rajavi underscored that Europe could play a significant role in countering the regime\u2019s destructive policy in the region, preventing its access to nuclear weapons and curbing its missile program. Iranian society is simmering with discontent, she stressed, warning that offering concessions to Iran\u2019s ruling mullahs under whatever pretext would encourage them to step up repression at home and export terrorism abroad.
