Mrs. Maryam Rajavi: Installing as President a Mass Murderer and a Criminal Against Humanity Reflects the Regime\u2019s Desperation, Foreshadows the Overthrow of the Ruling Theocracy<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the end of the Iran regime\u2019s sham election, the Mojahedin-e Khalq (MEK\/PMOI<\/a>) announced that less than 10 percent of the eligible voters cast their vote in the sham presidential election. The assessment was based on the reports of more than 1,200 journalists and reporters of INTV <\/a>(The Iranian Resistance Satellite TV channel) from 400 cities in Iran and more than 3,500 video clips from deserted polling stations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The clerical regime is multiplying the vote tally by a factor of five in a futile attempt to lend legitimacy to a mass murderer as the regime\u2019s president. Engaging in the astronomical fabrication of the tally in the so-called \u201cOtaghe Tajmi\u2019e Ara\u201d (where the votes will be aggregated) has been a routine in the regimes\u2019 elections in the past, especially in 2009.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this regard, the Secretariat of the National Council of Resistance of Iran(NCRI<\/a>) issued a statement and announced the remarks of Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, President-elect of the NCRI.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mrs.\u00a0 Maryam Rajavi<\/strong><\/a>, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/strong><\/a>), said the following after the regime announced the results of its sham presidential election:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
