\"Teachers — ^{Teachers protest Across Iran \u2014 September 2021<\/sup><\/em><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) recently reported <\/a>that thousands of teachers and educators have held demonstrations against the Iranian regime in cities across Iran just as the new school year is about to begin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So far, protest rallies have taken place in the cities of Tehran, East Azerbaijan, Khuzestan, Isfahan, Fars, Alborz, Kermanshah, Qom, Lorestan, Hormozgan, Ardabil, Kohgiluyeh & Boyer-Ahmad, Ilam, and Chaharmahal & Bakhtiari.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The MEK said<\/a>, \u201cThe protesting teachers were chanting, \u2018Teacher! Raise your voice and demand your rights!\u2019 and \u2018Where is the state TV, nobody listens to us\u2019.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
