Iranian expats gathered in\u00a0a conference<\/a>\u00a0in Washington, D.C., on Thursday, October, 28, 2021, to echo the desires of millions of people who want to live in freedom in Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The conference, titled, \u201c2021 Free Iran Summit<\/a>: Holding\u00a0Ebrahim Raisi<\/a>\u00a0Accountable for Crimes Against Humanity Genocide, Regional Meddling & Nuclear Defiance,\u201d featured speeches from\u00a0Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>), Mike Pence, the 48th Vice President of the United States, and other distinguished American politicians.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
