Amnesty International says in the report, Failure to investigate all those against whom there is evidence of direct involvement with these crimes<\/a>, which include the former head of the judiciary and current president Ebrahim Raisi<\/a>, has not only further entrenched impunity, but also facilitated the repetition of gross and systematic violations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
