\n<\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\nA bipartisan resolution, known as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.congress.gov\/bill\/118th-congress\/house-resolution\/100\/text?s=1&r=31\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">H. Res.100<\/a>, has been presented in the U.S. House of Representatives by several members of Congress from different committees.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe resolution calls for a new approach to Iran policy in light of ongoing protests and repression by the regime, and has gained support from a majority of the House in the first 50 days of the 118th Congress. <\/p>\n\n\n\nIt urges the Biden administration to support the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for democracy and human rights, while condemning the regime\u2019s human rights abuses and support for terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe resolution also supports the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maryam-rajavi.com\/en\/viewpoints\/tomorrow-s-iran\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">ten-point plan<\/a> of Mrs. <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/maryam-rajavi\/\">Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (<a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/national-council-of-resistance-of-iran\/\">NCRI<\/a>), for the future of Iran.
