Conference at the European Parliament<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

On November 22, a conference was held at the European Parliament<\/a> with the presence and speech of Mrs.\u00a0Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>), chaired by Javier Zarzalejos, the co-chair of the Friends of a Free Iran intergroup. The event saw the participation of numerous representatives from various political groups and a significant number of their assistants.<\/p>\n

During the European Parliament conference, speakers discussed the terrorist intentions against Professor Alejo Vidal Quadras<\/a>, the former Vice President of the European Parliament, and the role of the Mullahs\u2019 regime as the root cause of warfare and terrorism in the region and the world.<\/p>\n

Professor Vidal-Quadras\u2019s message to this conference was read by Mr. Zarzalejos. The message stated: \u201cThe correct combination of sanctions, diplomatic and political pressures, international isolation, and comprehensive support for the democratic opposition in Iran, as articulated in Mrs. Rajavi\u2019s ten-point plan<\/a>, is the only path to success. Any other strategy is a waste of time.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her speech, Mrs. Rajavi stated that Nevertheless, the bullet that struck Mr. Vidal-Quadras in the face was a disgrace to the policy of appeasing Khamenei. This crime is the outcome of handing over the regime\u2019s imprisoned terrorist-diplomat <\/a>in Belgium, and tolerating the presence of the network of agents and spies from the mullahs\u2019 Intelligence Ministry in Europe.
\nIndeed, isn\u2019t it a proven fact that the regime\u2019s embassies in Europe serve as its command headquarters for terrorism? Then, why have European governments failed to shut down those embassies?<\/p>\n
