Iran summons French envoy over Paris rally<\/p>\n
Iran\u2019s Foreign Ministry has summoned the French ambassador over a Paris rally held last weekend by an exiled Iranian opposition group, the Associated Press reported.<\/p>\n
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), the parent coalition of the opposition People\u2019s Mujahedeen Organization of Iran (PMOI), has organized the \u201cFree Iran\u201d rally during last weekend in Paris with the participation of dozens of thousands of Iranian dissidents.<\/a><\/p>\n This was followed by the regime summoning the French ambassador in Tehran to its foreign ministry to tell him they would not tolerate a peaceful\u00a0gathering of Iranians in Paris<\/a>\u00a0who desire a regime change in their homeland.<\/p>\n The Swiss Ambassador in Tehran was also summoned to the regime\u2019s foreign ministry to receive hysteric rant to be delivered to the government of Saudi Arabia.<\/p>\n The mullahs also summoned Egypt\u2019s charg\u00e9 d\u2019affaires in Tehran t \u201cstrongly protest\u201d against the presence of Egyptian lawmakers in the Paris gathering which suce of Iran (NCRoI).
