Accompanied by his wife, Dr. Vidal-Quadras met with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi on February 29 in Paris<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

Dr. Alejo Vidal-Quadras<\/a>, following the unsuccessful attempt on his life by the oppressive Iranian regime, promptly held a press conference in Madrid<\/a> upon his discharge from the hospital. Accompanied by his wife, Dr. Vidal-Quadras met with Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>), and other members of the Resistance in Paris on February 29, 2024.<\/p>\n

Vidal courageously confronted all obstacles, threats, and challenges leading up to this meeting. Mrs. Rajavi<\/a> warmly welcomed Dr. Alejo Vidal-Quadras on his inaugural visit to Paris following the terrorist attack, expressing gratitude for his health and recovery as a proud hero.<\/p>\n

Supporters of the MEK <\/a>and the NCRI greeted Vidal-Quadras with chants of \u201clong live Alejo\u201d and presented bouquets in a show of solidarity.<\/p>\n

Mrs. Rajavi emphasized that despite the mullahs\u2019 vicious attempt on Dr. Vidal-Quadras\u2019s life, they failed to succeed. She hailed his miraculous survival and presence among them, branding him a living martyr of the Resistance.<\/p>\n

Since joining forces with the Resistance, Dr. Vidal-Quadras has been tirelessly dedicated. When the MEK faced unjust classification as a terrorist organization, he swiftly intervened until this designation was lifted. He willingly risked his safety by visiting Ashraf in Iraq during perilous times and played a pivotal role in relocating the MEK members from Camp Liberty, widely condemned as a concentration camp, to Albania.<\/p>\n

Dr. Vidal-Quadras epitomized integrity in politics, never wavering in his stance against the Iranian regime. He embodied a historic protest against policies of appeasement toward religious fascism.<\/p>\n

In retaliation, the mullahs targeted him for assassination, seeking to silence those who spoke truth to power. His recent press conference in Madrid served as a resounding rebuttal to the regime\u2019s aggression.<\/p>\n

The regime\u2019s days are numbered; the future belongs to champions of freedom and those willing to sacrifice for it.<\/p>\n

Dr. Vidal-Quadras underscored that the regime\u2019s failed attempt on his life aimed to intimidate supporters of the Iranian Resistance. However, his survival now instills fear in the regime\u2019s ranks.<\/p>\n
