\n<\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe Iranians, supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), also protested against the periodic presidency of the United Nations Disarmament Conference by the Mullahs\u2019 regime, which vigorously violates numerous international treaties to acquire nuclear weapons and demands its cancellation.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn its initial report to the Human Rights Council on March 8, the United Nations fact-finding mission declared that \u201cthe Tehran regime has committed a crime against humanity through its actions\u201d and has engaged in \u201cunnecessary and disproportionate use of lethal force\u201d to suppress the 2022 uprising, including reports of rape among those arrested. In 2023 alone, the Iranian regime executed at least 864 people, including 9 prisoners from the 2022 uprising.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDuring their demonstrations, freedom-loving Iranians demanded the United Nations, the Human Rights Council, and member states to refer the case of the regime\u2019s human rights violations to the United Nations Security Council and to hold the leaders of the regime accountable for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n\n\n\nThey emphasized the imperative of extending the mandates of the Fact-Finding Mission and the Special Rapporteur on Iran.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIranians also carried banners and placards and chanted slogans against the religious dictatorship regime in Iran and expressed their solidarity with the Iranian revolution. These slogans included the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\nThe perpetrators and those who ordered the killing of 750 demonstrators of the recent <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/iran-protests-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">nationwide uprisings<\/a> of the Iranian people should be accountable and tried.<\/p>\n\n\n\nNo to Shah, No to Mullahs, Towards a democratic republic with the separation of religion from the state.<\/p>\n\n\n\nIran\u2019s regime holds the record for executions in the world, stop the execution of prisoners and demonstrators.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDon\u2019t make human rights a victim of appeasement with the regime of murderers of Iranian people.<\/p>\n\n\n\nDeath to <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2020\/10\/who-is-ali-khamenei-iranian-regime-supreme-leader\/19254\/\">Khamenei<\/a>, death to the dictator, death to the oppressor, be it the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shah <\/a>or be it the leader (Khamenei).<\/p>\n\n\n\nIn addition, the demonstrators urged the international community to take a firm policy against the regime\u2019s human rights violations and recognize the Iranian people\u2019s
