Brussels, Belgium\u2014May 4, 2024<\/strong>: Iranian Resistance (NCRI <\/a>and MEK<\/a>) supporters rallied to protest the increasing wave of executions by the Iranian regime. They also expressed their solidarity with the\u00a0 Iranian Revolution<\/a>.<\/p>\n

<\/iframe><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/peoples-mojahedin-pmoi-mek-iran\/\">MEK <\/a>supporters in Brussels demanded the trial of the mullahs\u2019 regime leaders, especially\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2020\/10\/who-is-ali-khamenei-iranian-regime-supreme-leader\/19254\/\">Ali Khamenei<\/a>\u00a0(Supreme leader of the mullahs\u2019 regime) and the mass murderer\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/iran-ebrahim-raisi-a-mass-murderer-for-president\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Ebrahim Raisi<\/a>\u00a0for crimes against humanity, in an international court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Belgian media reflected on the gathering of Iranians against the terrible violation of human rights and the increase in executions and criminal death sentences by the mullahs\u2019 regime in Iran.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"nl\" dir=\"ltr\">Iraanse oppositie betoogt in Brussel tegen toename aantal executies in Iran: <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/Ap30CnIF1Q\">https:\/\/t.co\/Ap30CnIF1Q<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/AkFfOW43Wd\">pic.twitter.com\/AkFfOW43Wd<\/a><\/p>\u2014 BRUZZ (@BRUZZbe) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BRUZZbe\/status\/1786803231449887097?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">May 4, 2024<\/a><\/blockquote><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>Referring to the fact that at least 59 executions have taken place in Iran over the past two weeks, the Iranian regime has demanded the cancellation of the death sentence and the release of the politically imprisoned artist Toomaj Salehi. They have also requested that the Prime Minister of Belgium implement the Senate resolution and designate the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2023\/04\/irans-regime-irgc-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization\/44858\/\">IRGC<\/a> as a terrorist entity, in view of the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/supports\/2024\/04\/belgian-senate-unanimously-passes-resolution-to-address-human-rights-violations-in-iran\/58022\/\">resolution passed by the Belgian Senate<\/a> condemning the severe violation of human rights in Iran.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"nl\" dir=\"ltr\">De CNRI in Brussel veroordeelt de repressie en geweld tegen vrouwen, tevens tragische executies van 59p in 2 weken in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/iran?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#iran<\/a>. charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n\n\n\n<p>The Iranian community in Brussels emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shah\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0regime.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/about-ncri\/alternative\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Iranian Resistance<\/a>\u00a0supporters in Brussels urged the international community to support the Iranian Revolution and take a firm stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>They asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
