The Canadian Parliament voted for designating Iran\u2019s Regime IRGC as a terrorist group; 327 MPs Voted in Favor<\/h2>\n
Mrs. Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the president-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) in this regard said<\/a>:<\/p>\n
Congratulations to Canadian MPs for the adoption of the terrorist designation of the Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC<\/a>). I hope that the government of Canada would implement the long-overdue legislation by the parliament, and officially blacklist this criminal corps.<\/p>\n
I urge the European Union and its member states to stop further postponing the implementation of the terrorist designation of the IRGC<\/a> as adopted by the European Parliament.<\/p>\n
I urge the UK, Australia, and other Common Wealth countries to stop delaying the designation of the IRGC and the mullahs\u2019 Intelligence Ministry (MOIS<\/a>). Every day of delay further emboldens the clerical regime in pursuit of terrorism, warmongering, and hostage taking.<\/p>\n
The agents and mercenaries of the IRGC, MOIS, and the terrorist Quds Force<\/a> must be expelled from Europe, the US, and Canada, and their passports annulled. This is the desire and the right of the people of Iran and their freedom fighters.<\/p>\n
