Cologne, Germany\u2014August 10, 2024:<\/strong> Freedom-loving Iranians and supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) held a rally\u00a0to express solidarity with the\u00a0 Iranian Revolution<\/a>. Iranian Resistance<\/a> supporters in Cologne protested against the increasing wave of executions carried out by the Iranian regime. They also demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners from the prisons of the mullahs\u2019 regime in Iran.<\/p>\n

emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shah\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0regime.<\/p>\nThe organizers of the rally in Cologne also demanded that the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2023\/04\/irans-regime-irgc-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization\/44858\/\" rel=\"\">IRGC<\/a>\u00a0be designated as a terrorist organization by the European Union.<\/p>\nIn addition, they asked the international community to recognize the right of self-defense of the Iranian people against the religious dictatorship and expressed their full support of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/t\/iranian-resistance-units\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MEK Resistance Units<\/a>\u00a0inside Iran.<\/p>\n<img
