Southampton Exhibition \u2013 August 20, 2024<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n
Southampton\u2014August 20, 2024:<\/strong> Freedom-loving Iranians and academics residing in England, who support the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a><\/span>), organized a book exhibition to condemn human rights violations in Iran and express solidarity with the Iranian Revolution<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The exhibition also aimed to rally support for political prisoners and protest against torture and executions in Iran. The event received substantial backing from the public, with attendees showing their support by signing petitions, participating in discussions, and purchasing books.<\/p>\n<p><\/p><blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\"><p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">An exhibition was held in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Southampton?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Southampton<\/a> centre to support political prisoners and protest against torture and executions in <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Iran?src=hash&ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Iran<\/a>.The event received significant support from citizens. src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script>\n<p>This exhibition also called on the UK government to designate the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2023\/04\/irans-regime-irgc-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization\/44858\/\">IRGC<\/a> as a terrorist organization.\u00a0Iranian community in Southampton demanded the trial of the mullahs\u2019 regime leaders\u00a0for crimes against humanity, in an international court.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n<p>In addition, academics living in England are
