Rome, Italy\u2014August 20, 2024:<\/strong> The freedom-loving Iranians, supporters of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) and the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>), gathered to show their support for the MEK Resistance Units<\/a> inside the country and expressed their outrage at the brutal executions carried out by the mullahs\u2019 regime.<\/p>\n

The prominent sculptor and artist and a member of the National Council of Resistance of Iran, Mr. Reza Olia<\/a>, delivered a speech at this gathering.<\/p>\n

The Iranian community in Rome emphasized the Iranian people seeking a democratic republic and rejecting any kind of dictatorship, be it the mullahs or a return to that of\u00a0Shah\u2019s<\/a>\u00a0regime.<\/p>\n

Iranian Resistance supporters in Rome called for the trial of the mullahs\u2019 regime leaders for crimes against humanity, in an international court.\u00a0<\/p>\n

They also called for the immediate release of all political prisoners held in the prisons of the mullahs\u2019 regime in Iran and expressed their solidarity with the\u00a0Iranian Revolution<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
