On September 25, 2024, Maryam Rajavi<\/a>, the President-elect of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>), delivered an online address to a conference held at the Italian Parliament, focusing on the \u201cNo to Executions\u201d campaign aimed at ending the impunity of the Iranian regime.<\/p>\n

In her speech, Mrs. Rajavi<\/a> emphasized that the clerical regime in Iran maintains its power through daily executions and called on Italian parliamentarians to support the Iranian people\u2019s struggle for freedom and democracy. She also urged the international community to condition their relations with the Iranian regime on ending torture and executions.<\/p>\n

The conference was attended by members of both the Italian Parliament and Senate, providing a platform for discussing human rights issues in Iran and ways to support the Iranian resistance movement.<\/p>\n
