Stockholm, Sweden\u2014October 19, 2024:<\/strong> Supporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) held a rally in front of the Swedish Parliament, demanding the designation of the IRGC<\/a> as a terrorist organization.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Freedom-loving Iranians in Stockholm expressed their support for the <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/iran-protests-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Iranian Revolution<\/a>, condemned the wave of executions in Iran, and called for the immediate release of all political prisoners held by the mullahs\u2019 regime. <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/peoples-mojahedin-pmoi-mek-iran\/\">MEK<\/a> supporters in Stockholm also demanded that the leaders of the regime be tried in an international court for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-65918\" src=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Stockholm-Oct-19-pic-4.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"750\" onerror=\"this.src='https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/hello-elementor\/images\/broken-image-placeholder.gif';this.srcset='https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/themes\/hello-elementor\/images\/broken-image-placeholder.gif';\" srcset=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Stockholm-Oct-19-pic-4.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Stockholm-Oct-19-pic-4-300x225.jpg 300w, https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/10\/Stockholm-Oct-19-pic-4-768x576.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Iranians at the rally in front of the Swedish Parliament demanded the closure of the Iranian regime\u2019s embassy in Stockholm due to the terrorist activities of the mullah regime. 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Iranian community in Stockholm emphasized the Iranian people\u2019s desire for a democratic republic and rejection of any kind of dictatorship, whether it be the mullahs\u2019 regime or a return to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shah<\/a>\u2019s regime.<\/p>\n<p>They demanded recognition of the Resistance and the right of the Iranian people and the <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/t\/iranian-resistance-units\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MEK Resistance Units<\/a>\u00a0inside Iran to defend themselves in their struggle against
