Position at the time of 1988 massacre:<\/strong>\u00a0Religious judge in Hamedan and western border areas of Iran<\/p>\n

Present post and occupation:<\/strong>\u00a0Member of the Guardian Council (until mid-2016)<\/p>\n

He was dispatched to Iran\u2019s western border area upon the order of Khomeini at the request of the then president of the Supreme Court to deal with the files related to the people affiliated to the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organisation of Iran (PMOI or MEK). He also held the presidency of the revolutionary court in Hamedan and was the religious judge during the 1988 massacre.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/body><\/html>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
