UK, November 2, 2024<\/strong>: Freedom-loving Iranians and academics in England who support the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a><\/span>) organized a book exhibition in Southampton to condemn human rights violations in Iran and show solidarity with the Iranian Revolution<\/a><\/span>.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The event highlighted the critical human rights situation in Iran, focusing on the plight of political prisoners facing death sentences, and called for the immediate release of all political prisoners held by the mullahs\u2019 regime.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Southampton, UK, November 2, 2024: Exhibition Condemning Human Rights Violations in Iran - Part 2\" width=\"800\" height=\"450\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/-U_fSHuMqIs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The exhibition also urged the UK government to formally designate the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/articles\/2023\/04\/irans-regime-irgc-a-state-sponsored-terrorist-organization\/44858\/\">IRGC<\/a> as a terrorist organization and close the Iranian regime\u2019s embassy, a center of espionage and terror. Members of Southampton\u2019s Iranian community called for international prosecution of Iran\u2019s leaders for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n<p>The Academics In Exile Association stated on the X
