Melbourne, Australia\u2014November 22, 2024: S<\/strong>upporters of the People\u2019s Mojahedin Organization of Iran (PMOI\/MEK<\/a>) organized a book exhibition to raise awareness about the increasing wave of executions carried out by the Iranian regime. The event also highlighted their solidarity with the ongoing Iranian Revolution<\/a>.<\/p>\n

They condemned the brutal repression of women by the mullahs\u2019 regime under the pretext of enforcing compulsory hijab laws. Highlighting women as a driving force for change in Iran, they voiced strong support for the struggle of Iranian women, particularly the MEK Resistance Units<\/a> operating across the country. Their rallying cry was the slogan, \u201cWoman, Resistance, Freedom.\u201d<\/p>\n

Iranian Resistance<\/a> supporters in Melbourne called for the blacklisting of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC<\/a>), emphasizing its role in repressing the Iranian people and perpetrating regional and international terrorism.<\/p>\n

The participants reiterated the Iranian people\u2019s aspiration for a democratic republic, rejecting any form of dictatorship, whether theocratic or monarchical, and emphasized their opposition to both the mullahs\u2019 regime and any return to the Shah<\/a>\u2019s rule.<\/p>\n

Australian citizens visited the photo exhibition and expressed their solidarity with the Iranian Revolution.<\/p>\n
