Brussels, Belgium\u2014December 18, 2024:<\/strong> Supporters of the Iranian Resistance (NCRI <\/a>and MEK<\/a>) organized a rally in front of the EU Council, demanding the designation of Iran\u2019s IRGC<\/a> as a terrorist organization. They also called for an end to the European Union\u2019s policy of appeasement toward the mullahs\u2019 regime in Iran.<\/p>\n
<\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The demonstrators urged the international community to support the <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/iran-protests-2022\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Iranian Revolution<\/a> and adopt a resolute stance against the oppressive regime of the mullahs.<\/p>\n<p><iframe title=\"Iranian Resistance Rallies in Brussels, Urging EU to Blacklist clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The organizers condemned the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/human-rights\/2024\/12\/urgent-action-required-six-political-prisoners-sentenced-to-death-in-iran\/67727\/\" rel=\"\">death sentences<\/a> imposed on political prisoners affiliated with the <a href=\"https:\/\/iranfreedom.org\/en\/peoples-mojahedin-pmoi-mek-iran\/\" rel=\"\">PMOI<\/a> and expressed solidarity with the ongoing Iranian Revolution.<\/p>\n<p>Freedom-loving Iranians in Brussels demanded the immediate release of all political prisoners held by the mullahs\u2019 regime.<\/p>\n<p>MEK supporters also called for the prosecution of the regime\u2019s leaders in an international court for crimes against humanity.<\/p>\n<p>The Iranian community in Brussels emphasized that the Iranian people aspire to establish a democratic republic, rejecting all forms of dictatorship, whether under the mullahs or a return to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncr-iran.org\/en\/news\/society\/who-was-mohammad-reza-pahlavi-shah-irans-last-pahlavi-dictator\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Shah<\/a>\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/english.mojahedin.org\/t\/iranian-resistance-units\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">MEK Resistance Units<\/a> within Iran to defend themselves in their struggle against tyranny
