On January 11, 2025, General Tod Wolters, former NATO Supreme Allied Commander and U.S. Forces Europe Commander, addressed an international conference<\/a> in Paris, asserting that the conditions are now aligned for significant change in Iran.<\/p>\n

Addressing members of the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI<\/a>) and their global supporters, Wolters commended their relentless efforts to promote democracy. \u201cThe regime\u2019s malevolence has persisted for far too long,\u201d he stated, adding that the momentum now favors the Iranian people.<\/p>\n

Wolters highlighted the NCRI\u2019s comprehensive roadmap for democratic transition, which incorporates diplomatic, informational, military, and economic strategies.
